Shipping/Delivery/Pickup

Delivery options you choose are based on items in stock at your dealer, from the time that an order is received and processed. Your dealer cannot ship to PO, FPO or APO boxes or international addresses other than those in Puerto Rico.

All items purchased from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you when your dealer delivers the item to the carrier. FORD and the dealer reserve the right to refuse to replace orders for customers who have made excessive loss and replacement requests determined at the sole discretion of FORD and the dealer.

FORD and your dealer are not responsible for orders that are not received. All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that cannot be verified by a customer's financial institution(s) may cause delays.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify your dealer's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of your dealer's offer to sell. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Your dealer will accept returns or exchanges of most Motorcraft®, Ford Parts and Ford Accessories postmarked within 30 days of your receipt; and, credit you within 30 days. All returns and exchanges must be returned to your dealer in person or via shipping (solely at your expense unless in the case of dealership error), in the original box, in new, resalable condition, with all instructions and hardware, and in the condition it was received; otherwise, it is at the dealership's discretion to accept the return. If you opted not to provide a VIN(s), your dealer, at his or her discretion, may not be responsible for incorrectly ordered parts. Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10 percent, which will be waived if the return or exchange is due to an error by your dealer. Shipping is nonrefundable.

Attempting to return any parts or assemblies that have been tampered with or modified in a manner that affects the resalability and/or safety of the part(s) is prosecutable under the law, and these parts or assemblies are not eligible for return credit, refund and/or exchange.

No-Risk Core Return Policy

By purchasing products from your dealer via this website, you agree that you accept and will abide by the terms of FORD's no-risk core return policy. You can obtain a copy of the FORD core return policy directly from your dealer or by clicking on the no-risk core return policy link.

A core is typically a rebuildable part used as a partial trade-in for a new or rebuilt part and a '€˜core charge' is similar to the deposit paid for a returnable can or bottle. It is an additional charge at the time of purchase to promote the return of the core when the part is replaced. When the core is returned, the charge is refunded.

Labor costs or any other consequential expenses incurred on products purchased on this website are nonrefundable by FORD.

The Ford Excursion debuted for the 2000 model year as a full-size SUV. It was constructed on the Ford's Super-Duty truck platform and stood as the brand's largest SUV, going head to head with its rival, the Chevy Suburban. The model was made available in two trim levels: base XLT and the luxurious Limited. Standard was a 5.4L V8 capable of around 255 horsepower and 350 pounds-per-foot of torque. A 6.8L V10 (310 hp) and a 7.3L turbodiesel V8 (235 hp) engines were available as options. All engine configurations were mated to a four-speed automatic transmission and the Excursion was offered as both front and four-wheel drive. The model measured in with a wheelbase of 137.1 inches, a width of 80 inches, a height of 80.2 inches, an overall length of 226.7 inches, and a curb weight of 7,190 pounds. Only minor changes were made to the Ford Excursion parts in the beginning. 2001 saw the 7.3L turbodiesel get a jump in horsepower up to 250. In 2002, the width of the Ford Excursion was lowered slightly to 79.9 inches and the height on the four-wheel drive version was raised to 80.4 inches.

In 2003, the Eddie Bauer trim joined the lineup and slotted in between the base XLT and the upscale Limited. Ford made available a five-speed automatic transmission as an optional part for the Ford Escursion. A year later, Ford got rid of the 7.3L turbodiesel to make room instead for a 6.0L turbodiesel V8 that showcased 325 horsepower, which was an increase of over 100 hp compared to the original 7.3 configuration. The new engine offered cleaner emissions and an increase in torque, as well. Of course, if there is one thing the Ford Excursion is perhaps most widely recognized for, it is its size. The Ford Excursion has elicited a tow rating of 11,000 pounds and can fit up to nine passengers. It was in this area that the Ford Excursion stood above its competition most notably. Amongst other Ford Excursion parts there was the BlockerBeam, which was a rollbar placed under the bumper that would stop other vehicles from getting caught under it in the event of a collision.

On the inside of the Ford Excursion was an interior meant more for everyday usage than straight-up comfort and luxury, although the overall size of the model allowed for more comfort when it came to seating than its rivals. Standard Ford Excursion accessories and features included cruise control, power windows and locks, a CD stereo, and a rear air conditioner. In higher trim levels, options such as heated seats, rear audio controls, and power-adjustable pedals were showcased, as well. More recent add-ons like a rear DVD-entertainment center and in-dash CD audio system were also available. The Ford Excursion was discontinued in 2005 due to sagging sales and growing fuel prices. But during its time in production, the Excursion received its fair amount of praise. In 2000, the model was nominated to Car and Driver magazine's prestigious Ten Best List. In 2004, AutoWeek dubbed the Ford Excursion "a fantastic work vehicle."

2000 XLT Ford Excursion Parts

I recently purchased a 2000 Excursion with the 7.3L diesel in order to pull a boat and camper more easily than the F150 Supercrew that I had. The Excursion had been in Arizona and New Mexico all of its life, so the body is in great shape. The Excursion was taken care of mechanically, but the interior was not so lucky - I think the interior doubled as a trash bin. It certainly was not "babied" like I tend to do with my vehicles. That being said, if anyone has access to a nearby scrap yard or a dealer that can readily get Excursion parts - my dealer was not having any luck, I would be forever in debted to you and I would be willing to pay you top dollar for them (gray interior): 1) Front passenger door "pocket" that can hold map/atlas 2) Filler caps/plugs for the O.S. handles throughout the vehicle 3) Rear liftgate interior handle 4) 2nd row bench lapbelt retrator plastic cover (under the seat) 5) Driver side rear hatch door panel 6) The faux compartment lid that is on the passenger side, rear quarter panel right next to the 3rd row seat belt guide. For most of these, if you have access to them in beige (or a color that I could easily change to gray), I would also be willing to take them and work to match them to my interior color. My trucks all have grey interiors and I've been able to scrounge most inside parts from ebay or junk yards-give ebay some patience and you shoudl be ok-also some of the parts you list you'll need to inquire about because they're not the typical parts people are looking for.  

maybe try LMC Truck for some parts?
