Trustable and professional team

I have had an excellent trip with express to russia. Every communication was given prompt reply by Asya and Mrs. Elena, our tour guide in Moscow is excellent. She answered all our questions with good knowledge, excellent English and a good personal touch. Ms. Anna in St. Petersburg also was very attentive, knowledgable and professional. We have had a great momorable time there. Without an excellent and reliable team, this would be impossible.

We organised a 3 night visit to Moscow and then some tours in St Petersburg with Express to Russia. I did this through Asya, who was always prompt and helpful in answering my emails and sending me the visa invitation letters. We selected the 4 star Aquamarine hotel in Moscow and were very happy with that choice. It is a modern and very comfortable hotel with staff who speak reasonable English. There is a cash machine in the lobby that exchanges currency e.g. US$ to roubles. Although there are no restaurants next to the hotel you can walk about 10 minutes to a nice area with lost of places to eat.We went to two restaurants recommended by our guide and thought they were great especially the one serving Georgian food. We had two full days of tours in Moscow- three of us with a guide and driver. Our guide Lena was one of the best guides I have come across - she was well organised, helpful, very informative and had a great sense of humour. She really made our trip to Moscow. Express to Russia also organised tickets on the fast train to St Petersburg - 4.5 hours from Moscow to St Petersburg. They organised transfers from the airport on arrival and to the train station. The only trouble I had was with the transfer on arrival - my plane was late and the person meeting me was working on an iPad or similar and not holding up the sign with my name. I went to information and the gentleman there rang the company and I located the driver that way. I would suggest that you just move around the arrival area and call out your name if you do not see a sign. All our other transfer were faultless - in St Petersburg the driver was waiting outside our carriage with a sign with my name on it and he helped us with our bags. Our two day tours in St Petersburg to Puskin and Catherine's Palace and Peterhof were also terrific - great driver and guide. She recommended some nice places for lunch after the tours and we were impressed with both choices. We talked to other groups and felt that the quality of the tours organised by Express to Russia was far better than other tours people went on and very reasonably priced. I would use this company on any future trip to Russia and recommend them very highly.

We utilized Express to Russia for handling our visas and for our Moscow tour. Considering we don't know Russian and can't read the cyrillic alphabet, it was invaluable to be picked-up at the airport, get a tour of Moscow and be delivered to our hotel. It was so helpful to get our bearings and get a feel for the city prior to venturing out on our own. From a communications and operational stand point, Express to Russia was very good. Prior to departure from the U.S., I was informed of what to expect and how to proceed in complete detail. Upon arrival our driver was waiting for us and drove us in a comfortable and clean mini-bus to meet our tour guide, Valentina. She was fantastic, with great English. We walked and drove to the city highlights, all the while being informed of the history and significance of the various attractions. Considering this was basically an a la carte tour, I felt we received a great value for the services. Since I am all about making it easy on myself, I know if we return to visit St. Petersburg or any other city in Russia we will definitely use Express to Russia again.

We enjoyed a private 2-day 1-night tour of the "Golden Ring" from Moscow with Express to Russia in June 2014 and were extremely satisfied. Pre-tour: We did an internet search looking for various companies that did 2-day tours to the Golden Ring and found the Express to Russia trip the best value with a great itinerary. Communication via email with Asya was prompt and courteous and informative. It was easy to pay the tour deposit and remaining costs online, and our visa invitations and tour documents were emailed efficiently. We had already arranged our own accommodation in Moscow and were arranging our own sight-seeing, so we did not need to use Express to Russia's Moscow sightseeing tours. Tour: Our travel guide and driver arrived at the hotel super early, so much so that we weren't aware they were also in the lobby of the hotel at the same time we were! Marianne (our travel guide) gave us a lot of historical and cultural information as we drove from Moscow to Vladimir, so that we were fairly "up to date" with the background to the sights of the Golden Ring. All meals were included on the trip, and we had a delightful traditional lunch just outside Vladimir in a restaurant with traditional wooden buildings. It was a tourist place because the waitresses dressed up, and we learned about eating bread and salt as an offering from our hosts, but the meal was fantastic. We were able to experience different types of local cuisine in each meal (stolichny salad, stroganoff, goulash, honey pancakes etc). Our local guide in Vladimir was Natalia and she was also equally informative. We enjoyed the fact that she didn't drone on for ages about various sights - she gave us the information we wanted, then let us walk around and take photos and appreciate the sights ourselves. We took HEAPS of pictures of onion-domed cathedrals along the way. Even though we visited on a Monday, we were really lucky to get access inside the Cathedral of the Assumption. It was a special treat to walk in the sunshine through the fields in Bogolyubovo to the Church of the Intercession. Our overnight accommodation in Suzdal was on one of the main streets, within walking distance to the Kremlin, central square and several monasteries. Not much English was spoken at the accommodation but we didn't really mind as everything was perfectly organised, including our included dinner. The Suzdal Inn is delightfully traditional with wooden rooms and furniture! The next day Natalia took us to the Museum of Wooden Architecture, as well as sightseeing in our minivan around Suzdal and to the Kremlin. We were also fortunate that she was able to get us inside the St Euthymius monastery (not on the itinerary) for a fabulous look around one of the best preserved monasteries... and we were privileged to listen to the bell-ringing experience at 11am! Inside the Kremlin we were treated to some impromptu singing by monks in one of the cathedrals! Post-tour: The drive back to Moscow took AGES! Even though we left Suzdal around 2pm and thought we might avoid the traffic, we didn't get back to our hotel until after 7pm! Our driver was very patient throughout (in other countries you would have heard the driver swearing or tooting his horn or driving dangerously), and I think even he was shocked at the traffic! But we arrived back safe and sound. The return back to Moscow was unaccompanied, as we left both Natalia and Marianne in Suzdal. Overall our drivers, guides and communication with the company throughout were superb! We had a fantastic time and saw what we wanted on our limited time-budget, and we thought it was great value especially as the price included accommodation and meals throughout. We would highly recommend Express to Russia's Golden Ring tour to any tourist heading to Moscow! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable experience!

All aspects of our private Express to Russia tour in Moscow were handled exceptionally well, including our transfer from arrival at the train station to hotel, and transfer to the airport at completion of our stay. The highlight was our guided tour of Moscow sights. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and with a great sense of humour. She took us to a delightful cafeteria in GUM for lunch ( very cheap and authentic), and was quite flexible on our itinerary. All arrangements were overseen by the Moscow office of Express to Russia, and coordinated by the wonderful Galina, who arranged our trip from our first contact via their website a couple of months before. We highly recommend Express to Russia.

We just had a excellent visit to Moscow as part of a complete private tour package arranged by Express to Russia. There were only four of us (two couples), and all of the advanced arrangements including visas had been worked out in detail with Galina at Express to Russia. She was organized, responsive, and friendly. They booked us into an excellent hotel with a great location and extensive buffet breakfast. Our guides were knowledgeable and flexible, and they clearly loved their city. We even got to see some things we didn’t have on the planned tour, like Lenin’s tomb and the Diamond Fund. We spent some time on our own, and found the people we met to be friendly and helpful. Then from Moscow we were booked on the fast Sapsan train to St. Petersburg, where we also had a really wonderful time – we would recommend a similar personalized tour from Express to Russia to anyone!

Global Entry

Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Members enter the United States by accessing the Global Entry processing technology at selected airports .

At airports, program members proceed to the Global Entry lanes where processing technology will be used to expedite the members by capturing a photo to verify their membership. Once the photo has been captured, the member will receive on-screen instructions and proceed to a CBP officer who will confirm that you have successfully completed the process.

Travelers must be pre-approved for the Global Entry program. All applicants undergo a rigorous background check and in-person interview before enrollment. If a traveler was unable to schedule an interview at an Enrollment Center prior to their international travel, they have an option to complete their interview via Enrollment on Arrival upon their arrival to the United States.

Another upcoming processing technology option for travelers will be the Global Entry Mobile App. This app will enable members to validate their arrival to the U.S. on their iOS or Android device prior to entering the Federal Inspection Services area.

While Global Entry’s goal is to speed travelers through the process, members may still be selected for further examination when entering the United States. Any violation of the program’s terms and conditions will result in the appropriate enforcement action and termination of the traveler’s membership privileges.

Took almost 4 weeks to deliver... and Absolutely horrible!!! They cussed at me and my husband on the phone and said they couldn't make the delivery because of where I lived when even bigger trucks go into my area to drop off stuff all the time, and that's not even the worst part! My husband and me had to ask complete strangers to help us pick up a over 100lbs roll of lanolium because they truck driver decided to throw it out of the truck and leave it near a street no where near my home.... I'm so upset right now... Never again....

Called Global Express Travel after having bad experience with other travel agencies in the area which were not clear with terms and conditions. I decided to give Global Express Travel a try. Talked to Tina and gave her my firm round-trip flight info to Asia. At the time, she didn't quote me the lowest airfare (only by a couple dollars), but her professionalism, clarity, and ease of use over the phone made me feel comfortable and confident the transaction/reservation would be smooth. I went ahead and booked/paid for my ticket and quickly got a confirmation email the next day. Also accompanied with the confirmation was a reminder of the items she still needed from me (mileage acct #, etc) . This was great since I tend to forget minor "To-Do's" on top of everything else going on in life. Over the top service for... --Helping me reserve seats for my fiance who is on the same flight (booked thru her work). She gave me clear, exact instructions what I needed to do to get better seats (fiance book the window seat of my aisle seat, and have the possibility of an empty seat in the middle -- which would be AWESOME for a long-haul flight). --After a couple days, she called me back with great news and told me she found a better price for the same flight. She saved me an extra $120 from what I originally agreed to pay... this was extra $ I wasn't expecting all. She could've easily pocketed the saving without me ever knowing, but she actually called to let me know she will be refunding the saving. All I can say is this is great business practice. It proves her service doesn't just end immediately after payment is received. I plan to be a loyal customer for all Asia-related flights.

Called to inquire on European Vacations and to possibly schedule an appointment to meet. Felt rushed, they were rude, and to top off, never got a call back? Not reliable or trustworthy if you ask me.

I always can get cheaper tickets here for flights to Taiwan. I don't really use them for anything else but I bet I could get cheap tickets here to other places as well. Plus the service is really good. Talking to a human is infinitely better than booking tickets online.

Family has arranged hundreds of trips for both business and personal travel over the past few decades and Tina, here at Global Express, has been our go-to travel agent. Recently needed a quick turn around for a flight to China during a booked out period and she made it happen. But while Global Express's specialty is Asia, she certainly helped a lot when we planned out trips to Europe and Australia. Setting up yet another trip and will certainly have her arrange as despite online availability of ticket info, it is experienced agents and agencies that can help find the most reliable deals. They once found me an itinerary that took me on 3 carriers that no website would have found and yet it saved me several hundred bucks! its all about experience.

Just booked a tour with this agent, their price is within the reasonable range compared to others, i will give their service a plus when i talked to a lady, she acts professional and had prompt feedback for my travel requests.

Nearly three-quarters of global respondents are into sports, with 71% considering themselves either a “huge” or casual fan. And as easy as it is to watch from your living room, 37% have plans to travel for sports this year. Of those, 38% will average trips of 6 hours or more

Why are these fans going the extra mile in 2024? The driving forces include: watching a favorite sports team in person (35%), witnessing a big sports or cultural event (34%), and seeing a favorite athlete (20%).

In the past few years, Las Vegas has become an even more sought-after destination due to the growing prevalence of professional sports – giving us an even greater opportunity to focus on luxury, experience-based travel. Iconic sports moments continue to come to life in Las Vegas, with no signs of slowing down. Wynn has maximized these city-wide events with complementary bespoke programming, which provide our guests with unique, one-of-a-kind moments only found at our resort. For some respondents, the major trip they have in mind is an immersive adventure, often somewhere totally remote. For others, it simply means a longer trip that’s full of new and diverse experiences—visiting multiple countries, for example. 63% of respondents who plan to visit more than one country on a single trip in 2024 plan to do so in Europe.

The transformative potential of these trips makes them worth the cost and planning. 66% of respondents agree that they are saving up for a major trip this year, and most respondents (54%) like to plan these trips 3-6 months in advance. For inspiration, travelers turn to friends or family (52%), social media (39%), and travel websites (37%).

The most popular new travel companions are me, myself, and I. Solo trips are easier to schedule and tailor exactly to your liking, which makes them great for resetting after a busy week: 57% of respondents agreed that they were more likely to travel solo for a quick weekend getaway than for a longer or more expensive trip.

Either way, solo travelers are becoming an important subset. The two types of destinations where they’re most likely to be found? In a new city (29%) or relaxing at a beach or island (22%).

Solo travel is a wonderful way to unwind and discover a new hobby. Traveling alone also allows you to take ownership of selecting the perfect destination and gives you the ability to curate the ideal itinerary, catered just for you.”

Although booking in advance can bring peace of mind and access to some of the most in-demand attractions, many travelers like to do at least some of their planning as they go: 44% of respondents said they prefer to take a spontaneous trip instead of having all the details planned.

Being open to serendipity and the unexpected is part of the excitement of travel; it allows you to act on tips from locals and discover out-of-the-way spots on your own. Granted, most travelers would rather improvise dining and shopping than, say, hotels. And they’re more likely to plan spontaneous travel this year with family (41%) or a significant other (35%) than alone (27%) or with friends (20%).

Additionally, eligible travel purchases include prepaid hotel purchases made through American Express Travel, over the phone with our Travel Consultants or made online at AmexTravel.com, minus returns and other credits. Eligible travel purchases do NOT include non-prepaid hotel bookings, scheduled flights and prepaid flight+hotel packages over the phone, vacation packages, car rentals, cruise, hotel group reservations or events, ticketing service, cancellation or other fees, interest charges, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents. To be eligible for the 5x Membership Rewards ®  points, you must both reserve and charge the travel purchase with the same eligible Business Platinum Card ® . To modify a reservation you must cancel and rebook your reservation. You can cancel and rebook your reservation on AmexTravel.com or by calling a representative of AmexTravel.com at 1-800-297-2977. Cancellations are subject to hotel cancellation penalty policies. If hotel reservations are made or modified directly with the hotel provider, the reservation will not be eligible for this 5X Membership Rewards ®  point benefit. To be eligible to receive extra points, Card account(s) must not be cancelled or past due at the time of extra points fulfillment. If booking is cancelled, the extra points will be deducted from the Membership Rewards account. Extra points will be credited to the Membership Rewards account approximately 6-10 weeks after eligible purchases appear on the billing statement. Bonuses you may receive with your Card on other purchase categories or in connection with promotions or offers from American Express may not be combined with this benefit. The benefits associated with the Additional Card(s) you choose may be different than the benefits associated with your basic Card. Merchants are assigned codes based on what they primarily sell. We group certain merchant codes into categories that are eligible for additional points. A purchase with a merchant will not earn additional points if the merchant’s code is not included in an additional points category. You may not receive additional points if we receive inaccurate information or are otherwise unable to identify your purchase as eligible for an additional points category. For example, you may not receive additional points when: a merchant uses a third-party to sell their products or services; or a merchant uses a third-party to process or submit your transaction to us (e.g., using mobile or wireless card readers); or you choose to make a purchase using a third-party payment account or make a purchase using a mobile or digital wallet.

Pay with Points:  To use Pay with Points, you must charge your eligible purchase through American Express Travel to a Membership Rewards ®  program-enrolled American Express ®  Card. Eligible purchases through American Express Travel exclude non-prepaid car rentals and non-prepaid hotels. Points will be debited from your Membership Rewards account, and credit for corresponding dollar amount will be issued to the American Express Card account used. If points redeemed do not cover entire amount, the balance of purchase price will remain on the American Express Card account. Minimum redemption 5,000 points.

If a charge for a purchase is included in a Pay Over Time balance on your Linked Account the statement credit associated with that charge may not be applied to that Pay Over Time balance. Instead the statement credit may be applied to your Pay in Full balance. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us by calling the number on the back of your Card. Corporate Card Members are not eligible for Pay Over Time.
