Port of Call Port of Call (Arrival, Departure)
Anyone lucky enough to be going to Honolulu doesn't have to give a reason for going. They can just say, "We're going to Honolulu," and imagination will take care of the rest. Moreover, Honolulu can probably live up to and even surpass whatever we imagine. World-famous beaches and tropical weather set the scene for an amazing mix of Pacific cultures in this Hawaiian capital. There is a reason why Hawaii is consistently rated as one of the nation's top travel destinations; in fact, there are several of them. Waikiki Beach is the center of activity for Hawaii's biggest industry: tourism. This is one of the world's greatest resort playgrounds, featuring some of the most beautiful beaches and hotels in the world. Visitors from all over the world flock here to enjoy the sun, the sand and the incredible nightlife. Besides the beaches, visitors to Honolulu can take tours of the countryside surrounding the downtown area. These tours are amazing, bringing visitors to some of the most beautiful rainforests and volcanoes in the world. Animal and plant life are abundant, and the scenery is unsurpassed. A five-minute car ride from Honolulu brings visitors into some of Nature's most beautiful and awe-inspiring sights. Several museums, including the Bishop Museum, combine exhibits on Hawaiian natural history with lessons about history and culture of its many diverse peoples. The Waikiki Aquarium is the third oldest public aquarium in the United States, and it features many of Hawaii's most interesting sea animals. The Honolulu Zoo also features some of the unique mammals, birds, and reptiles that inhabit the forests just outside of the city. The history of Hawaii is very rich, as the islands have always attracted many different people. Visitors can tour the Iolani Palace, the residence of the last of the Hawaiian monarchs. They can also visit Honolulu's Chinatown, which is more authentic than many of its mainland counterparts. They can also visit the Arizona Memorial, commemorating the destruction of the battleship Arizona during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor that brought America into World War II. Honolulu exhibits the best of Hawaii in every way. From its famous beaches to its incredible natural preserves, this town has attracted millions of people from around the world. Many of those visitors stayed, helping to make Hawaii one of the most cosmopolitan and diverse places to visit in the United States. Anyone lucky enough to be going to Hawaii knows that he won't be disappointed.
Kahului is located in Maui County on the west side of the island of Maui between Wailuku and Lower Paia along Highway 32 near the West Maui Forest Reserve and the Pacific Ocean.Kahului is heart of Maui, and the only deep water port for the island. This is where the major cruise and container ships come in, the main airport, Kahului Airport is located here also. Kahului has great variety in shopping and services, but lacks the variety of fine restaurants that Lahaina has, although some of the local dining favorites reside here. There are few hotels and resorts in Kahului, there is however, a new golf course. There are four major shopping malls with the largest being the Kaahumanu Mall. Most of 'industrial' Maui is located in Kahului. It is here where one of the main power plants is located, most of Maui's service oriented businesses, and the greatest variety in shopping. Everything from small local stores, catering to residents, to large discount stores such as K-Mart and Costco. Kahului has grown a lot in the past few years, unfortunately the infrastructure has not. As a result traffic is congested most of the working day. The traffic can be especially heavy while exiting the Kahului Airport area. Rush hour traffic is especially bad, both in the afternoons and evenings, traffic from Paia and Upcountry bottleneck at the intersection of Dairy Road and Hana Highway. Allow a little extra time for travelling through this area of Maui.
The Polynesians arrived in the Hilo area about 1100 A.C. They eventually inhabited the shores of Hilo Bay, farmed their crops, fished and traded their goods along the Wailuku River. In the late 1700’s, the days of King Kamehameha’s rule, Hilo was the center of political activity and social growth. It was the prime place for the King to build his army of ships designed for conquering the Hawaiian Islands. By 1791 native Hawaiians had traveled as far as the United States and China. The King befriended many of the foreigners who traveled to the islands. With such considerable traveling, the Hawaiian way of life soon became influenced by products ranging from iron to livestock to non-native seeds. Hilo became a stopping place for explorers, whaling ships, traders and those curious about active volcanoes. By the 1900’s, Hilo had grown into a commercial center. The sugar industry was booming, a number of wharves had been constructed, the breakwater was begun and a new railroad connected Hilo with other parts of the island. Then in 1946 – and again in 1960 – two destructive tsunamis swept Hilo’s Bayfront causing the relocation of Hilo’s government and commercial life. When the town was rebuilt, a large park and roadway were situated between the buildings and the shoreline to absorb future tidal waves. Besides being a rare surviving example of an Hawaiian plantation town, cultural diversity is one of Hilo’s special charms. The local term, “mixed plate”, describes well the impact made by Polynesians, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Koreans, other Pacific Islanders and Europeans on Hilo’s mixed-race culture of today. All these ethnic groups blend in the faces of the people who give Hilo its charm. Its diverse shopping opportunities, its small scale and its friendliness makes Hilo the perfect town in which to linger just a little longer.
Kailua/Hawaii
Historians and researchers believe that it is possible that Kailua was home to Hawaiian families at least 1,500 years ago. The earliest settlers are thought to have lived fished and played on the slopes surrounding Kawainui Marsh. A Bishop Museum report on archaeological excavations of the marshland concludes that when the marsh slopes were first occupied about 500 A.D., agriculture was not possible. The report said that early Hawaiian occupants of Kailua apparently lived beside a lagoon or bay open to the sea hundreds of yards shoreside of today's shoreline. In the 16th century, Kailua attracted the ali'i giving birth to many rich Hawaiian legends, some of which may be found in written and oral reminiscences in Hawaii State Libraries. Many legends were born here including the menehune who were known for working at night in Kaiwainui Marsh and mo'o who took the shape of a large lizard that attracted fish. Kailua was densely populated before the arrival of Captain Cook and was the ancient capital of O'ahu's kings. The biggest event in Kailua and the entire Windward side was in 1795 when King Kamehameha I conquered O'ahu in his quest to unite the Hawaiian Islands. The King granted Kaiwainui Marsh and old Kailua, which included large freshwater fish ponds and saltwater ponds at Mokapu, to the warriors and chiefs that had helped him. The land was used in various forms for agriculture from sugarcane to rice to taro and eventually was used primarily for cattle raising. Kailua was a sleepy town of barely 3,000 in the 1940s. However, the events of World War II changed the appearance of Kailua. Kaneohe Ranch sold portions of land to the government for expansion of the Navy base and the Army's Fort Hase. Finally in 1942, Kaneohe Ranch closed down its cattle raising operations entirely, freeing thousands of acres for post-war development. Harold K.L. Castle, owner of Kaneohe Ranch, donated the land for many churches, schools, and for a new hospital. A new four-lane highway, tunneling through the Ko'olau Mountains, was completed in the late 1950s. In 1946, a small Liberty House (now Macy's) shop opened with three employees and upgraded to a full-line department store in 1953 with nearly 50 employees. The first bowling alley, a branch office of the telephone company, and the very first supermarket in Hawaii opened in Kailua in 1947. By the end of the 1950s, Hawaii had become a state and Kailua became the official postal designation. Castle Hospital opened in 1963. By 1960 the population was up to 24,400. The town has grown more than 100 percent since 1960 when its population was 24,402. It has a compact, easy-to-shop business district surrounded by mostly single-family homes. By 1992 50,000 residents encompassed a central urban core with surrounding residential areas.
Nawiliwili is located on the southeastern coast of the island of Kauai between Lihue and Nawiliwili Bay along Highway 51 near Ninini Point and the Huleia Stream.Kaua'i is divided into five major districts, or moku 'aina. Nawiliwili Bay is located in the moku 'aina of Puna on the southeastern coast. One meaning of puna is spring, and Puna has an abundance of springs and streams caused by its location on the windward side of the island. Around 1000 A.D., settlers from the Marquesas arrived, led by Punanuikaia'aina. He succeeded in creating a chiefdom independent of Kona in Puna.

Top sights & attractions for cruises to & from honolulu.
The Waikiki neighborhood of Honolulu is the epicenter of the city’s action and one of the state’s most iconic sights. It’s where you’ll find dining, nightlife, and shopping mixed among highrise hotels. No cruise to Honolulu is complete without an afternoon spent here.
Pearl Harbor
At Pearl Harbor, you’ll learn about the history of one of the worst attacks on America soil when the naval base at Pearl Harbor was attacked by the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service, resulting in loss of life and thrusting America into World War II. During a visit to Pearl Harbor, you’ll also have the chance to tour the USS Arizona Memorial.
Iolani Palace
The Iolani Palace will take you on a journey through Hawaii’s past as you learn about the royal rulers who once governed the island. After it was built in 1879, the Iolani Palace served as the royal residence for the rulers of the Kingdom of Hawaii under the Kamehameha Dynasty until the Kalākaua Dynasty, when Queen Liliʻuokalani was in power.
Hanauma Bay State Park
This state park, frequented by Hawaiian royalty in the 1800s, is a beautiful piece of coastline where you can go snorkeling and swimming alongside sea turtles. There’s a small entry fee, and you can walk or take a tram to the beach.
Ala Moana Beach Park
At this free public park, you’ll find 100 acres of scenic nature that include a golden sand beach stretching along the waterfront for half of a mile. Ala Moana Beach Park is located between Waikiki and the downtown area of Honolulu.
Learn More About Honolulu Shore Excursions
Top things to do in honolulu, kuhio beach torch light & hula ceremony.
A fun and memorable way to experience the culture of Hawaii during a Honolulu cruise is by attending the Kuhio Beach torch lighting and hula ceremony. The hour-long celebration occurs at the Kuhio Beach Hula Mound, which you’ll find by the Duke Kahanamoku statue. During the performance, you’ll see traditional hula dancing, hear Hawaiian music, and witness the sound and theatrics of conch shell blowing.
Visit Honolulu Zoo
If you love animals, this family-friendly attraction is sure to delight you before you board one of our cruises from Honolulu. The Honolulu Zoo is home to over 900 animals, and many of its species are naturally found in the tropics. Animal highlights include the peacocks that roam the grounds and the Komodo dragon exhibit.
Explore Waikiki Aquarium
Learn more about the ocean surrounding the island of Oahu and the animals who call it home at the Waikiki Aquarium, where you’ll encounter a number of sea creatures. The aquarium is located next to a living coral reef, and within its facility, you’ll have the chance to see tropical fish, coral, reef sharks, squid, octopus, Hawaiian monk seals, and more sea life.
Snorkel at Hanauma Bay
Travel to the east side of Honolulu to a town called Hawaii Kai for some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii. Hawaii Kai is home to Hanauma Bay, a gorgeous bay that has an impressive reef teeming with fish and coral located just a short distance offshore. The bay is also known for its white sand and shallow water, making it ideal for recreational swimmers and sunbathers.
Do an Ocean Sports Activity
Waikiki is famous with surfers for its waves, but surfing isn’t the only activity you can during a Honolulu cruise. Try windsurfing, boogie boarding, standup paddle boarding, snorkeling, scuba diving, sea kayaking, and more. A shore excursion is an easy way to get an introduction to a water sport with equipment provided for you to give it a try.
Take a Hike
Cruises from Honolulu provide many opportunities to hike before you board your ship. Popular places to hike on Oahu include Diamond Head Crater and Koko Crater, both of which provide great views and a volcanic landscape to explore. For a lush, tropical hike through the jungle, head to the Manoa Falls trail, which has a stunning waterfall to see.
Top Food and Drink Spots Near the Honolulu Cruise Port
The cuisine in Honolulu blends Polynesian, Japanese, and American influences to create delicious dishes that have a focus on seafood and local produce. Poke bowls combine chunks of raw tuna with other ingredients, like rice, seaweed, and pineapple. Lomi-lomi is a popular fish dish comprised of salmon served in chopped-up, raw pieces atop a side salad with tomatoes and onions. Another side dish you’ll commonly see in Honolulu and the rest of Hawaii is poi, which is made from fermented taro root that has been baked and turned into a paste.
For some delicious Chinese food, head to Honolulu’s energetic Chinatown. Hawaiians are big fans of spam, and you can try a traditional way of eating it in Honolulu with the spam musubi, a slice of grilled spam placed on top of rice and wrapped with nori. For a deliciously sweet dessert, try haupia, a custard made with coconut milk, or a Hawaiian shaved ice topped with tropical fruit syrup. Be sure to order a cup of coffee using locally grown Kona beans, and try some local craft beer or a tropical cocktail at one of the many bars in Waikiki.
Culture & History of the Honolulu Cruise Port
Honolulu became the capital of Hawaii in 1845 after King Kamehameha III moved it from Lahaina, Maui. He felt the maritime economy of the islands, which was centered within Honolulu, would benefit from moving the capital there. Honolulu is the largest city of Hawaii and mixes beach culture with a bustling economy. Downtown Honolulu has gleaming skyscrapers housing local and international businesses and is home to a large university.
Honolulu Port Facilities & Location
Whether you’re embarking on one of our cruises from Honolulu, or you’re stopped here on a cruise port of call, you’ll become acquainted with Aloha Tower, a historic lighthouse by Pier 9 at Honolulu Harbor. Aloha Tower and its Aloha Tower Marketplace serve as cruisers’ introduction to the great city of Honolulu and is adjacent to the cruise terminal where ships typically dock. Within the Aloha Tower Marketplace, you’ll find souvenir shops and eateries.
Transportation in Honolulu
You’ll find taxis lined up outside Aloha Tower Marketplace, which is next to Pier 8 and Pier 9. This is also where rental car desks are located and provide shuttles between the pier and the car rental lot. Other ways to get around Honolulu include the local bus system (aptly named TheBus), which connects with most areas of the island. There is also a charming trolley that visits many of the area’s top sights.
Shopping Near the Honolulu Cruise Port
There are many souvenir shops in Waikiki, and the downtown area has many shops selling made-in-Hawaii products. The Aloha Tower Marketplace, which has nearly 30 stores and restaurants, is located right by the Honolulu cruise pier. If you need a break from shopping, head to the top floor observation deck for a picture-perfect view of the Honolulu Harbor.
Popular Hawaiian souvenirs you can buy in Honolulu include handicrafts such as bowls and sculptures created with local wood; a woven bag or basket made with coconut fronds and hala tree leaves; Hawaiian shirts and dresses in colorful prints; chocolate-covered macadamia nuts; a bag of locally grown and roasted coffee beans; and a lei made with Niihau shells and seeds.
Local Currency & Tipping Customs
The official currency of Honolulu and the rest of Hawaii is the U.S. Dollar. You’ll find a number of ATMs throughout the city, with many of the banks located in downtown Honolulu. Several banks offer currency exchange services. In addition to cash, most businesses will accept credit cards.
Tipping in Hawaii is similar to the rest of the United States. A tip of 15% to 20% is expected for good service when dining out, ordering drinks at bars, or when hiring a taxi. Small tips are also appreciated if ordering a cup of coffee, and you’ll often see a tip jar at eateries with counter service.

And be sure to stop off at the historic USS Arizona Memorial, an important landmark dedicated to those who lost their lives at Pearl Harbor.
- Experience an authentic luau, complete with traditional imu ceremony.
- Learn about Hawaiian life — and the larger ‘neighborhood’ of Polynesia — at the educational and entertaining Polynesian Cultural Center.
- There’s more to Honolulu than great beaches — see the historic buildings that make up this bustling state capital.

When you’re making the big trip to Hawaii, you might plan on island hopping. But what’s the easiest way to get around? And is it worth the trip?
Hawaii island hopping is absolutely worth it. The islands are all incredibly different and it’s easy to get from island to island. But it’s important to know that island hopping can be time-consuming so you want to make sure your trip is long enough for these extra travel days.
To help you plan your trip, let’s get into the details.
Now that you’re about to know how to go inter-island like a pro, make sure you have the other parts of your trip figured out: 1. We use Discount Hawaii Car Rental 95% of the time and it has saved us thousands 2. If you haven’t booked your stay, check out our Where to Stay database 3. We’ve searched high and low for the absolute best tours & activities on each island 4. Don’t leave home without our itineraries . Really.
Options for Hawaii Island Hopping:
If you’re looking to island-hop in Hawaii, you have a few options. Depending on what islands you’re traveling between, you can get there by airplane or ferry. You can also book an inter-island cruise or a guided tour to island hop for a day.
Let’s look at these options more in-depth:
1. Flying between Hawaiian islands
Flying between the Hawaiian islands is the most popular and least expensive way to island hop.
Commercial Airlines offering inter-island flights:
There are three commercial airlines that offer inter-island flights in Hawaii:
1. Hawaiian Airlines : The largest operator of flights to and from Hawaii, Hawaiian Airlines has the inter-island routes covered. On Hawaiian Airlines, you can find direct flights between Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island. Hawaiian Airlines flies into the major airports on each island: Honolulu, Oahu (HNL), Kahului, Maui (OGG), Lihue, Kauai (LIH), Kona, Hawaii (KOA), and Hilo, Hawaii (ITO).
2. Southwest Airlines : The newest entrant to inter-island travel, Southwest Airlines operates on similar routes to Hawaiian Airlines. You’ll get direct flights between the four major islands. Known for their low-cost fares, they’re generally your cheapest option for inter-island flying (though Hawaiian Airlines has extremely competitive fares).
3. Mokulele Airlines : Mokulele Airlines operates small, turbo-prop planes that fly from the main airports as well as smaller airports on the islands. It is the only airline to fly to both Molokai and Lanai. On the Big Island, it flies out of Hilo (ITO) and Kona (KOA) as well as Waimea-Kohala Airport (MUE). And on Maui, it flies out of both Kahului (OGG) as well as Kapalua (JHM). Just like the other airlines, it also flies out of Honolulu (HNL) and Lihue (LIH).
Things to Consider When Between Southwest and Hawaiian Flying Interisland:
- Southwest offers free checked bags, a big savings unless you qualify for free bags on Hawaiian.
- Hawaiian Airlines provides an island vibe with colorful decor and serves juice (passion orange nectar or something similar).
- Hawaiian Airlines offers better options for seat assignments. If you book early, you can reserve a free seat. They also offer reasonably priced extra legroom upgrades.
- Hawaiian Airlines has premium options like first-class and extended legroom in economy.
- If you want USB charging at your seat, choose Southwest (pending fleet-wide installation).
- Southwest makes canceling and rebooking simpler. Hawaiian does not offer the ability to re-deposit and use funds as easily as Southwest.
Airports on Each Island (+ map):
Each Hawaiian island that you can visit has at least one airport, which makes island hopping a breeze. The airport codes for each airport are:
Oahu: Daniel K. Inouye Airport in Honolulu (HNL)
Maui: Kahului Airport (OGG) Kapalua Airport (JHM)
Hawai’i (Big Island): Hilo International Airport (ITO) Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport (KOA) Waimea-Kohala Airport (MUE)
Kauai: Lihue Airport (LIH)
Lana’i: Lana’i Aiport (LNY)
Molokai: Molokai Airport (MKK)
Flight times between Hawaiian islands:
To give you an idea of just how quick these flights are, these are some sample times from Southwest Airlines:

2. taking a ferry between the hawaiian islands.
If you’re traveling between Maui and Lanai, you have the option of taking a ferry. Expeditions Lanai operates a ferry service for the 45-minute trip between the two islands.
Here’s a video of our day trip to Lanai using Expeditions Lanai to island hop:
If you’re looking to take a ferry to Molokai, you’re out of luck. Unfortunately, while a ferry used to operate between Maui and Molokai , that service stopped in 2016.

3. Cruising between the Hawaiian Islands
If you’re set on seeing multiple islands in a short period of time and you don’t want to fly, taking an inter-island cruise is an option. Norwegian Cruise Line offers options that depart from and return to Oahu, making stops on the neighbor islands.
If a Hawaiian cruise is up your alley, we have more resources for you! We cover all the cruise ports and what to know , the best time to cruise Hawaii , shore excursions on each island: Maui , the Big Island , Kauai , and Oahu . Plus you can grab a comprehensive Cruising Hawaii Guide with everything you need to know, all in one place.
4. Guided day trips
If you’re looking to island-hop just to make a day trip to Pearl Harbor, your best bet might be to go with a guide. Why? Guided tours offer an efficient and stress-free way to see as much as possible in a short day trip. Rather than needing to make reservations, book and pick up a rental car, and navigate a new spot, a guided trip can take care of the headache for you.

Is it easy to travel between the Hawaiian Islands?
Traveling between the Hawaiian islands is easy. The flights are short — 30 to 45 minutes in the air. Just enough time to get a glass of water or POG (Passion Orange Guava juice) if flying Hawaiian Airlines.

How much does it cost to travel between the Hawaiian Islands?
Depending on when you want to travel and how far in advance you book your tickets, travel between the Hawaiian islands can be very reasonable. Flights can be found as cheap as $39 each way on Hawaiian and Southwest Airlines. $39 is the best we’ve seen. Expect to pay between $50 to $100 for a one-way ticket.
How long does it take to travel between the Hawaiian islands?
Flights between each Hawaiian island are short: expect them to last anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes for a direct flight. But even though the flight itself is short, when you’re island hopping in Hawaii, the entire process can easily take 4 to 5 hours (door to door). You’ll need to drive to the airport, return your rental car, go through security, fly to the next island, pick up a new rental car, and check into your hotel.
Expect your travel day to take even longer if you aren’t able to get a direct flight. Many of the inter-island flight options require a stop in Honolulu before heading onto your final destination.
Island-hopping in Hawaii: Fast Faqs
Are there ferries between the hawaiian islands.
There is only one ferry between Hawaiian islands and that is the ferry from Maui to Lanai. There used to be a ferry between Maui and Molokai, but that ferry service was discontinued in 2016 .
Cheapest way to travel between Hawaiian islands
The cheapest way to travel between Hawaiian islands is to fly. You can find inter-island flights for as little as $39 each way, depending on when you want to travel and how far in advance you book.
Easiest way to travel between Hawaiian islands
For most people, flying is the easiest way to travel between the Hawaiian islands. Southwest, Hawaiian Airlines, and Mokulele Airlines all operate plenty of flights each day that will take you between all of the islands.
If you’d prefer to have all of the island-hopping details taken care of for you, then the easiest way to travel between the islands is on a cruise ship.

Should you visit multiple islands on your trip to Hawaii?
If you have the time, you should consider visiting multiple islands on your trip to Hawaii. Each island offers something very unique and different. But make sure you’re giving yourself enough time on each island before moving to the next.
We generally recommend that you spend at least 5 days on each island that you visit. Ideally, you’ll be able to spend a little more time on each island to fully experience it as well as relax. One ambitious newsletter reading couple visited all 4 of the major Hawaiian island in just 13 days, and while we don’t recommend it, we let them write all about it and share their itinerary .

Get a good deal on a rental car while island hopping

This was an absolutely amazing and breathtaking private boat ride in celebration of my husband's birthday. The communication was superb! Kiah responded to all of my inquiries quickly and kindly and everything was just as described. Not to mention, the crew had such great personalities, were a lot of fun and definitely empowered us to personalize our ride the way we wanted. I truly couldn't have made a better choice on this booking and when I return to Hawai'i, she will be my first call! I highly, highly recommend!
I had a great experience with the Sail Honu Hawaii team. I booked a two hour charter to scatter my grandparents' ashes in the waters off of Waikiki Beach. I had no idea what to expect, but they were true pros. They came prepared with a fresh lei to lay on the ocean as a memorial, and then circled around it with lovely music playing. It was an incredibly nice touch. They made it a truly special experience for me, and I highly recommend them if you want a memorable sailing experience.
HIDDEN GEM ALERT! I don't take it lightly when I say this was literally the best experience we've had on the island. We were celebrating my bf's birthday, so we were greeted with the most beautiful flower leis and a warm welcome at the pier. The trimaran ride was absolutely exhilarating!! Nick and Dan were hospitable and didn't fear to push our boundaries with activities, like 'surfing' on the hull watching glides of flying fish jumping out of the waves in front of us. The sailboat was FUN and fast! We could have hung out for hours, actively participating in steering the sailboat or just simply tanning on the net. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE THAT WE'LL NEVER FORGET. Thanks again, guys!

We had a wonderful time with you as well. Mahalo for the review!
Our four hour sunset charter with Cruise The Island and Captain Nick was the highlight of our stay at Waikiki. Boat is compact but well maintained with lots of room to spread out on the nets, just be ready to get sea sprayed. Pick up food/beer at the Whole Foods a half block from the marina, then kick back and get ready to zip across the water, snorkel or just sip on some cod beverages and watch the sun set over Honolulu.
100 stars!!! You get to charter this all to yourself (and your group of friends) and sail around the coast of Waikiki, BYOB, and even have the option to snorkel around and try out as much or as little sailing as you want! The captain and crew are SO friendly, accommodating, and such fun company to spend a few hours with out on the open waters. HIGHLY recommend, will defs be returning for sure with every friend and family member whenever we come back to Oahu!!!
Captain Nick gave us all the best cues for the best pics!
This was the highlight of our vacation. 6 of us went on this cruise and here are all the reasons you should as well! Skilled sailors and better hosts Tailored our trip to what we wanted which was perfect....we went from super fast to relaxed Clean and on time Fast and easy communication They take awesome pictures and air dropped them You can bring your own drinks and food Hidden gem of an excursion...you HAVE to experience this. Thank you captain Nick and scott!!
An unforgettable experience and one I highly recommend. Captain Nick and Dan were the most hospitable of hosts. Both Nick and Dan are incredibly accomplished sailors. Their passion for sailing and the ocean is clearly evident. We were celebrating a birthday and they were incredibly accommodating. They really want you to enjoy your time on the boat; going out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful time. Go see Captain Nick and Dan. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you for the awesome review Jackie. We had a great time with you as well!
I love this boat and crew! It was my second time sailing with Nick and Dan, and they both always are the most fun on the water!! Captain Nick gives great tips and is super knowledgeable. They even let you take the helm! We bring our own drinks and poke, the music they play is great. It's an outstanding sail, private and priceless.
It's absolutely the best experience at Oahu! Soooo fun!!! I am so glad I find this. So private and really the best!! Highly recommend! I will definitely come back in November. Mahalo ^^
Beyond our expectations. Such a brilliant and unique experience. Captain Nick and Aussie Dan were the perfect hosts. So knowledgeable and personable. My boyfriend proposed to me and they were there to make everything perfect and to capture it all for us. My boyfriend got to steer the boat and have time of his life but they also recognized my timidness and did all they could to make me feel completely comfortable at all times. Can't recommend them enough for a once in a lifetime experience.

Hawaii woman identified as victim of 1989 cold case murder on East Coast
HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Investigators have identified a woman originally from Hawaii as the victim of an unsolved murder nearly 35 years ago on the East Coast.
Constance Bassignani was born in the islands in 1924.
At the time of her death, the 65-year-old was living with her second husband, William, in Rhode Island. Authorities say she was last seen alone on Memorial Day weekend in 1989.
Then in June of that year, human remains were found in a remote area of Massachusetts.
At the time, investigators were able to determine the person was murdered, but couldn’t identify the victim. That happened recently, thanks to advances in forensic science.
Police have focused the investigation on her husband, who claimed she’d returned to Hawaii after she went missing. Her husband died in 1993.
Now that Bassignani has been identified, police are asking that anyone who may have information on her disappearance to call investigators at (413) 512-5361.
