Want a holiday? Let Hays help!

Dawn was a pleasure to deal with and never gave up on us. Never appeared to be put out by the ever changing evolution/journey booking a holiday can sometimes turn into. Especially if you have a large family and lots of people to cater for and please! Knowledgeable and always willing to help. I'd never used a travel agent up until 2021! Wondered why I would since I'm Internet savvy! I have used Hays lots of times now and will continue to do so. They take the hassle out and I like supporting a local business!

Faye from the north shields branch booked our trip to Barbados and went out of her way to ensure we were able to sit together in Premier seating. The staff are always helpful and very welcoming. I have used the north shields branch for years and will always the branch.

The best travel agent by far

The best travel agent by far, we would never book through another agent. All the girls at the North Shields are fantastic the time and effort they put in to make sure you get the best deal possible is a service you don’t get else where. And it doesn’t just end when you have booked your holiday you get the aftercare calls to make sure you have your essential's valid passport’s, travel insurance and currency. The extra care makes all the difference!

Decision made

We visited North Shields branch not having any idea where to go. Dawn couldn't have been more helpful. She scrolled through loads of resorts & hotels until we found one within our budget. Success roll on the holiday in fuertaventura.

Euros to a family holiday and smiles all around…

We went into branch to buy euros which was quick and easy and left with a holiday booking after my wife wanted a quote for a break in the usa and left with a holiday to teneriffe and smiles all around

Always feel confident booking our trips through Hayes travel, knowledgable and helpful staff who truly do their best to find the best deals and bend over backwards to meet your needs. North Shields is our local branch and wouldn’t book through anyone else. Hays company policy to ignore once got paid...

Did anyone received the reply from Hays saying they'd contact you in 48hours or somthing? I certainly did not receive any reply from Hays. Maybe Hays company policy to ignore the clients once the fare is paid.

North Shields Hays travel do it again.

Great experience and Dawn had loads of patience as I wasn’t sure about a couple of things, eg length of holiday. We first went to Dawson & Sanderson

We first went to Dawson & Sanderson, who we have used regularly in the past. But this time the service was not good, giving us wrong information. We then went to Hays. Rachel was polite, helpful, knowledgeable. We got the correct information that we required off her. Returned later in the day, and our group of three couples booked a Mediterranean cruise with her . Rachel was really good, she put the opposition Dawson & Sanderson to shame.
