My wife and I decided to book our first Cruise and were advised to go with Marella. We were on the Explorer doing a canaries cruise which included Maderia. Absolutely love it.

On arrival no one to show you where to go. Found reception staff very unhelpful. Staff not very friendly overall. Standards have definitely dropped.
