Turkey Classics Tour

The tour guide, you can tell he does it for a long time, is very knowledgeable and everything worked out without any problems. What I would do is, the map provided in your advertising material does not list the points where we stopped, stayed over night and did all the interesting things. You had no idea exactly where we were in this nice country. Also, tour guide, placed a map of Turkey in front of the bus and pointed out a spot on the map. However, it was not easy to follow, to remember

Absolute Turkey Tour

Absolute Turkey

The overall experience is good. I like the logistics and the coverage of the different attractions and activities. The tour guide provided a good service and everything went smoothly. G Adventure gave us a variety of experiences and we loved their choices of locations and experiences other travel companies don't provide (ig. homestay). There are two issues though: The hotel we stayed in Antalya was the worst. The location is convenient, but we couldn't sleep at all all night due to the noise outside (until 5am!). Our tour guide told us the tourists gave the G Adventure the same feedback over and over again, but nothing has changed. This might be my #1 negative thing to say about the G Adventure. The second issue was some of the restaurants the tour guide took us were a little sketchy and dishonest. But I will still recommend G Adventure to other people.

Anatolian Civilizations | 10 Days Tour

Anatolian Civilizations | 10 Days

All visits were very impressive, however there is a fair amount of travel on some days in the bus but worth it to see as much as you can in the time frame. Our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable. Our driver was also very careful while driving. Food options were OK at the hotels. The sunrise balloon ride over Cappadocia was fantastic we highly recommend this optional activity. We also upgraded our hotel to a cave hotel however our initial hotel was also nice one. We travelled in a full size coach even though there were only 19 of us. There is no toilet in the bus, the driver stops every two hours which was OK. Turkey is full of friendly people, we had a lot of fun. We probably return back!

Turkey Explored Tour

Turkey Explored

It was an excellent trip with an excellent guide Two issues foe me were 1 I missed out on a balloon trip over Capadocia. On the first day the weather was deemed too windy and on the second the Intrepid balloon was full . However other totally adequate balloons went up and had spaces to filI. I understand it is not Intrepids policy to encourage it's clients use other companies, and as a result I missed out . 2 The Museum card was not the money saver we had expected it to be For example it could only be used on one turnstile every five days inTopcapi Palace leaving us with extra unexpected costs

What people love about Ankara Tours

Our trip was very good! We love our tour guide Fatih who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The driver was excellent. we loved both of them! The accommodation could be better, some of them were quite far from the center. The included meals were quite good! We enjoyed the trip very much and we would highly recommend!
Had a great time! The tour guide, Eray, was knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring a smooth journey. Although there were several commercial stops, they added an local flavor. The hotels were of good standard, and the sights, especially in Cappadocia, were breathtaking. A well-organized and memorable trip!
Very good trip. The leader Engin was excellent and was at our Bec and call 24/7. I feel for his sanity he needs some nights off and just tell us about a few restaurants but not take us there - do his own thing. The whole group doesn’t need to always be together. We had one person that struggled to keep up with group and I felt some pressure to wait for her or help her- I don’t think she had much insight into the affect she was having on group. Otherwise was a great and diverse group.

Their guides are terrific and knowledgeable — Seçkin Demirok (for most of the trip) and Sevilay Hanim (for the old city historical sites). We joined several half and full-day tours including boat tours on the Bosphorus Straits and Princes Islands, and car tours to Bursa and to palaces and towns on the Asian side. They were all well-organized, fun and informative (even for our teenager!). Everything went perfectly and communication was exceptional. We would highly recommend them as an excellent agency in Istanbul. Read more Written January 7, 2024

  • Secureinoz 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Small-Group Tour of Imperial Istanbul with Sevi Tokmak Sevi is a warm hearted and generous person. So, from her we learned about much more than just the places she guided us to...we learnt about Turkish Culture and Turkey's place in the world. At the same time she very rapidly and easily guided us to all the places we wanted to see...and this is not a complete list of all the places we saw thoroughly: Dolmabahce Palace, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Topkapi Palace including Harem & the Archeological Museum. There were times during the tour where we needed to change the order or have a rest and Sevi quickly and graciously adjusted the tour. And when we chose to take a cab back to our Hotel, Sevi not only organised the cab but also made it clear to the cab driver that she had his cab number and would be checking. And later she emailed to see we had arrived OK. A wonderful tour with a big hearted guide. Thankyou Sevi Read more Written November 3, 2023
  • mkeynes15 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles A disastrous experience My husband and I had a rather unfortunate and disastrous experience with Neon Tours. We had wanted a private tour to Cappadocia and a few tours in Istanbul. The firm had been recommended to us and we were in touch with the Operations and Reservation Manager. We made most of our arrangements with him. We had initially planned to go in July 2023 but, unfortunately, had to postpone due to a knee injury. The Manager was exceedingly understanding and helpful with our postponement and agreed that we could get in touch again in September 2023 for when we had rescheduled our flights. In September, we got in touch again and revived our plans. We finalised the trip, including requesting confirmation on plane tickets to Cappadocia as they were always in great demand. This was provided. However, a week before we were due to travel, the Manager stopped all correspondence. We had requested a final itemised itinerary and bill so we could make all payments but despite repeated emails and requests, we never received any response. It was totally inexplicable and exceedingly disappointing. It was also a devastating shock as this was a week before the trip. If he was unable to finalise the trip an explanation would have been helpful so we could have made alternate arrangements. However, there was only silence. In addition, on checking withTurkish Airlines, they couldn’t find our ticket reservations on their system. We were very surprised at this total lack of professionalism towards clients. We had expected better, particularly, from someone in a responsible managerial position. We had wanted to use the firm again for a longer tour of Turkey in the future. However, after this appalling experience, we have no desire to use Neon Tours again for any further travel in Turkey. Read more Written October 16, 2023

  • andrieshendrikp 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles The guide that answers to perfection! We fell in love with Istanbul and Turkey. But this would never be the case if it was not for our guide, SEVİLAY TOKMAK, employed by Neon Tours. She made everything easy. For pick ups from Cappadoccia, for hotel transfers to airports. Guiding us on 2 different daily tours. She was humble and friendly. A true friend. If I sent her a whatsapp she would take her personal time to communicate with her managers and get me information that I otherwise did not get. She walked that extra mile. Neon Tours you are blessed to have her. When my company bring their 2 yearly group guest again next year, she will be on my request list. #family #tourist guide! Read more Written September 5, 2023

He knew every answer to our questions and went way beyond any guide we’ve ever had. He spoke perfect English and understood very well. I told him “I think you’re American”! Yes, that perfect! He knew more about Americans than most American do! You won’t be disappointed. Read more Written September 2, 2023

Pick up and drop off from my hotel was very useful in such a large city. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also gave great insight from the Turkish perspective as well as the Anzac which was very interesting. Read more Written August 24, 2023
