As a member of ABTA, we follow its Code of Conduct, meaning that you can always expect high standards of service. All the package and Flight-Plus holidays we sell are covered by the scheme, so if a supplier fails, there is a quick, clear and simple process in place to enable you to continue your holiday as planned or get your money back.

By law, an Air Travel Organiser's Licence – or ATOL – must be held by every UK travel company which sells air holidays and flights.

Run by the Civil Aviation Authority, the licence protects customers by ensuring they do not get stranded abroad or lose money if an issue arises with the tour operator.

We only book with tour operators that have an ATOL licence.
