Upon arrival to Aswan , you will be met and greet by our English-speaking representative who will transfer you by private A-C van to your fabulous Nile cruise ship. Check in before 12:00 PM. At the beginning you will have your Lunch meal on board. After Lunch, you will be transferred to visit The High Dam , which has been erected by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood. After that you will enjoy sailing on the Nile by a motor boat to reach Temple of Philae , which was erected during the Graeco-Roman period and was dedicated to goddess Isis. At last you will be escorted to visit The Unfinished Obelisk , which was made out of red granite and was dedicated to god Amun Ra. After finishing your tour, you will return to your ship. At night, free at leisure on your own in Aswan. [L-D]

Day 02: Kom Ombo - Edfu & ON

Breakfast will be served on board your ship. After that you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to visit one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, Temple of Kom Ombo , where the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. Get back to your ship and enjoy your lunch on the sun deck, watching the unique landscape of the great river Nile. Afternoon, enjoy chariot riding to Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered to be one of the most well preserved temples in Egypt. After finishing your tour, you will be transferred back to your ship. Afternoon, you willmenjoy relaxing on board your ship. Dinner will be served on board. At night Egyptian Folkloric Show party will be operated by staff on board.

Day 03: Luxor West Bank - Luxor ON

Breakfast on the Nile cruise. After that you will start your magical tour in Thebes, the sacred land by exploring the west bank of Luxor including Valley of the Kings , which considers as the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, and the place where our Pharaohs were buried. After that, you will proceed to visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered as one of the most wonderful examples of the Architecture in ancient Egypt, because it was totally carved inside the mountain. At the end of the tour you will visit Colossi of Memnon , which is belonging to king Amenhotep III. After that you will return to your ship to have your lunch. Afternoon, free at leisure. Dinner and overnight on the cruise.

Day 04: Check Out - Luxor East Bank

Check out after breakfast (at 08:00 AM). After that you will enjoy your tour discovering the East Bank of Luxor, including the most wonderful Karnak Temples Complex , which is considered to be the biggest complex construction in the world covering an area of a hundred. Finish your lovely tour in Temple of Luxor , built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty & completed by the well know king Ramses II. After finishing your day tour, you will be transferred by private A-C van to your location in Luxor (where our services will be ended).

05 Days / 04 Nights Program (Every Monday)

Day 01: luxor east bank - luxor on.

Upon arrival at Luxor airport or station, our representative will transfer you to your Nile Cruise by a private A/C van. Embarkation before 12:00 PM. Afternoon, you will discover the East bank of Luxor including Karnak Temples Complex , which are the largest structures ever build in the history of the mankind. The principal building is that of god Amun Ra, since it was considered the house of god on the earth, the earlier structure date back to the middle kingdom, but there are some references which refer to the earlier buildings as old as the 3rd dynasty. Later on, you will proceed to visit Temple of Luxor , which was built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty and completed by the well know king Ramses II. This temple was located in the heart of ancient Thebes and, like Karnak, was dedicated to the main/chief god Amun Re. After finishing your day tour, you will be transferred back to your ship for rest and refresh. At night, Egyptian folkloric show will be operated by the staff. Dinner will be served and overnight in Luxor. Day 02: Luxor West Bank - Sail to Edfu & ON

Day 03: edfu - kom ombo - sail to aswan & on.

Breakfast on board your Nile cruise. Then your tour guide will take you in a mysterious journey to land of secrets. This guided tour of today begins by visiting one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered to be one of the most well preserved temples in Egypt. After that, you will revert back to your ship. Lunch will be served on board during sailing to the city of Kom Ombo.

Afternoon, you will proceed to explore Temple of Kom Ombo, where the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. Get back to your ship and enjoy your lunch.

Enjoy the sun deck, watching the unique landscape of the great river Nile. On its banks the ancient Egyptian civilization has been created and flourished.

Dinner meal will be served on board during sailing to the city of Aswan. Late evening arrive to Aswan and overnight.

Day 04: Aswan City Tour - Aswan ON

Breakfast will be served on board your ship. Later on, you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to discover the great city of Aswan, including The High Dam , which has been erected by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood. After that you will enjoy sailing on the Nile River by a motor boat till reach Agilika Island, where you will visit Temple of Philae , which was erected during the Gaeco-Roman period and was dedicated to goddess Isis (mother of god Horus). Finally you will be escorted to visit one of the marvelous sightseeing in Aswan, The Unfinished Obelisk , which was made out of red granite and was dedicated to god Amun Ra. After finishing your day tour, you will get back to your ship. Lunch will be served on board. Afternoon tea will be served on board. At night free at leisure. Dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day 05: Disembarkation from cruise - Departure to Cairo

Check out after breakfast. Then our representative will accompany you to Aswan airport - station to take your flight to Cairo (Breakfast) **

Optional Tour: Excursion to Abu Simble temples either by private coach or by domestic flight: you will be met with our English-speaking tour guide in Aswan who will transfer you by private A-C van to Abu Simbel, lies south of Aswan on the western bank of the Nile, 180 miles south of the First Cataract in what was Nubia. The site was known as Meha in ancient times and was first documented in the 18th Dynasty, when Ay and Horemheb had rock-cut chapels hewn in the hills to the south. Upon arrival, you will proceed to visit Abu Simbel Temples, which were built by the well-known king Ramses II. The biggest temple was called as the Great temple. It was built by Ramesses II and being dedicated to the famous god Rahorakhty. While the smaller temple and it was dedicated to king Ramesses II himself and his beautiful wife queen Nefertari. After finishing your day tour, you will drive back toward Aswan. Arrive Aswan and be transferred by private A-C van to your chosen hotel there for check in, rest and refresh or transfer to Aswan airport to catch your domestic flight to Cairo.

Fabulous Cruise on Steigenberger Legacy

We had the best holiday in Egypt organised via Thomas Cook with Steigenberger Cruise from Luxor. We started with a full day in Cairo to see Museum and pyramids then flew to Luxor to join our ship- The Legacy. We had two girls in their early 20s and an 11yr old boy with us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Every day there was quirky ‘towel art’ to come back to! The food was fabulous with buffet style eating every day with loads of choice. Everybody ate so well. The crew could not be nicer. We were treated like royalty. Of course the excursions were mind blowing but the rest times on the boat were also great, watching the scenery drift by. You need to listen and take advice from your guide unless you are a seasoned haggler and good at fending off enthusiastic salespeople but it all felt really safe. They are keen to sell to you but the general atmosphere is friendly and we had no problems.

The Egyptian pound is $17.5 to 1 US dollar. Twice what it was a year ago Im told. As Americans we were treated so spectacularly, like dignitaries. It was all arranged bybour travel group theough Blue Skies travel of Egypt. We had our own private Egyptologists, For ruons tours that were very fluent in Reading the hyroglyphics. The cruise started in Luxor and went down to Aswan and returned. I cant deacribe all the beauty and culture and learning that happened. Its worth whatwver it takes to go do this but in our case we were all in for about 3k per person including roundtrip Flights, hotels at 5 star places, and the cruise Aboard MS Seramis, which was more like 3 star, but service was 5. Certainly fine foe getting us into the places we wanted to be. Please Ask any questions you like.

We booked the cruise with TUI. Cruise boat : Friendly staff, clean rooms (we had upper rooms), good food with enough variety, nobody became sick of the food, small pool, plenty of loungers on the upper deck with free towels. We have not taken all in. You have to drink a lot for that. Excursions were good, always getting up very early ! Between 5.30 and 7 h am. On the free day breakfast was served till 8.30 h am. We talked about that with the manager of the boat and he told us, that it was possible to have breakfast also later on the deck or in our room when we ask that the day before. This wasn't told to us, so we haven't done that. Tip : ask it the day before to the manager if it is possible to have breakfast at deck (our guide told us he had asked that also and the manager has anwered that it wasn't possible . . . ???). Additional excursions are very expensive when you book them at the boat. We have booked at home online a private tour to Abu Simbel online (Aswan individual tours), which was excellent !!! (start time at 8.30 am instead of the 4.30 h am when you book it at the boat and with a very good price). Prices for beverages are ok on the boat. Because we booked with TUI we received a code for free Wifi. Wifi range is not that good. In the lounge and at the reception you have the best range. We paid at the beginning of the cruise 40 Euro/pp for the tips during our stay (25 Euro/pp for staff boat and 15 Euro/pp for the guide). Conclusion : boat is really a good choice.

I’ve toured Egypt before & have cruised the Nile from Aswan to Luxor. This trip we planned & booked a 5 day / 4 night Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan on board the MS Tosca, which looks like a deluxe cruiser - so far so good. Then between the planning & booking stage, the Owners / Operators of the MS Tosca, the Uniworld Tour Group pulled a Bait & Switch on us. Upon arrival in Luxor to board the MS Tosca we were informed that the boat was leaving shortly toward Dendera - in the totally opposite direction from Aswan!!! Yikes, Not the plan! Plus the touring time for Luxor Temple & Karnak Temple was nil or minimal - & these are the Key sights in Luxor! The boat chugged to Dendera, But no tour until the next day (more wasted time.) Next day a tour of Dendera, then chugging back to Luxor arriving in the late afternoon, about closing time for Karnak. All that was enough for us - we quickly arranged land transportation & shore Hotels in Luxor & Aswan. We land toured the sights in Luxor, then Esna, then Edfu, then Kom Ombo & on to Aswan & Abu Simbel. We had a great experience IN SPITE of the misrepresented Nile Cruise - MS Tosca / Uniworld. Once back home I researched Uniworld Tours & got the definite impression that their focus seemed to be Party Cruise for the young set - that’s OK, but it’s just not what was represented to me as the Nile Cruise. ... We came to Egypt to tour antiquities, Not to cruise the wrong direction & drink & party like a Carnival cruise. ... So very carefully check ALL of the details when considering a Nile Cruise - with MS Tosca / Uniworld. You might end up with a Bait & Switch.

We were on the MS Commodore, a small, old boat, with super staff and good food, for 7 nights to and fro the Aswan damn. Nothing fancy but clean and serviceable, with a sun deck and swimming pool. Wonderful guide took us to all the sites (180 euros). You have to pay £27 tips at the start of the cruise- this basically pays the crews wages!

As part of a longer tour, we took a 4 day river cruise down the Nile, from Luxor to Aswan on THE MAYFAIR. It was fantastic! The boat itself is a marvel, with a top, open deck decorated like a garden, with beds, lounges, a bar, and little alcoves with pillows that you can curl up in and relax while floating down the Nile. The meals served on the boat were excellent. Mostly buffet but some were table service of a choice of different meals. The service could NOT have been better. Our room was large for a boat, with a good size bathroom, floor to ceiling window, large beds, flat screen tv and plenty of closet space. There were shows at night in the ballroom, and a great gift shop that sold beautiful items at great prices, not the usual gouging that cruise ship gift shops usually do. With stops each day, we were able to take many side tours to temples, restaurants, shopping areas, museums and drive around the area with our guide and driver, always returning to the comfort of the boat each late afternoon. This was our first river cruise, and it was outstanding. The room, the people, the food, the fun, were all present at a price that is EXTREMELY reasonable. Egypt needs visitors to help their economy. The US dollar is worth 18 times the Egyptian Pound, so we lived like a king and queen with our dollars. This inequality in currency won't last forever. It's not dangerous. They love Americans. You'll see, and experience sights and sounds that you have only dreamed about, all while being pampered by people from morning until night. What are you waiting for? P.S. There is only one warning. Most river boats have 4 or 5 floors, as did The Mayfair, and do not have elevators. There is a LOT of stair walking, so if that is a problem, check around to see if there is a boat with an elevator.

Day 01: Friday (Lunch & Dinner)

Morning time, you will be met by our local representative in Aswan, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to your  Nile Cruise  boat. We will check-in our boat within few minutes. After that, you will join our professional tour guide to visit the  Aswan High Dam , constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 to store the water of the Nile, and then generate electricity. We will then drive to shores of the River Nile and take a motor boat to reach the Agilika Island to visit  Temple of Philae , constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman period. Our last visit of this marvelous day tour in Aswan will be to the  Unfinished Obelisk , which was found in the granite quarry in the Southern part of Aswan. After the tour, we will get back to our  Nile Cruise  boat for overnight.

Day 02: Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Energizing breakfast on the cruise. Our Nile Cruise boat will be landed at the location of the city of Kom Ombo, where we will visit  Temple of Sobek & Haroeris , established in the Ptolemaic period, completed in the Roman era, and was dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. After that, we will get back to our boat for rest and refresh. Later on, we will visit  Temple of Horus in Edfu , the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile. We will then get back to our boat for overnight.

Day 03: Sunday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Free morning on your own or (optional) we can offer a  Hot-air Balloon over the West Bank of Luxor . Enjoy your delicious breakfast before exploring the city of the dead where we can visit  Valley of the Kings , the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. The next visit of the day will be to the  Temple of Deir El Bahari , constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut, one of the greatest rulers of Egypt. Our last visit will be to the  Colossi of Memnon ; these two huge statues are the only remaining items of the great funerary temple of Amenhotep III constructed in 1350 BC and became a landmark of Luxor afterwards. After that, we will get back to our boat for overnight.

Day 04: Monday (Breakfast)

Check out after breakfast. Later on, we will move to explore the east bank of Luxor including two marvelous temple complexes. Our first visit of the day will be to the  Karnak Temples Complex , constructed over a period of more than one thousand years, almost all the impressive items of the Karnak we see today date back to the new kingdom specially the huge amazing columns of the hypostyle hall which are constructed by Ramses II, the greatest builder of ancient Egypt. We will then visit  Luxor Temple , another startling temple that was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and many other Pharaohs. After the tour, we will transfer you to your location in Luxor.

Day 03: Wednesday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Energizing breakfast will be served on board before our full day tour. Our  Nile Cruise  ship will land at the location of the city of Edfu, where we will visit the  Temple of Horus , constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of the god Horus, the avenger of his father. After this marvelous visit, we will get back to our Nile Cruiser for lunch, rest and refresh. We will then proceed to visit the  Temple of Kom Ombo , established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman Era. Finally, you will be transferred back to your Nile cruise ship for rest and refresh. Evening time, Egyptian folklore show will be operated by the staff.

Day 04: Thursday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Breakfast meal will be served on board. After that, you will prepare yourself to join your expert tour guide to explore the wonderful city of Aswan. Our first visit of the day will be to the  High Dam , which was constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser to store the water, and then generate a large volume of the electricity. We will then ride in a motorboat to visit  Temple of Philae , constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman era as the cult center of the goddess Isis. Our last visit will be to the  Unfinished Obelisk , which was found in the granite quarry in the Southern part of Aswan. After the day tour, we will drive back to our Nile cruiser, so we can enjoy the tasty lunch. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the  Sound & Light Show at Philae Temple , where you can learn more about the temple and about the kings who left their objects there. Day 05: Friday (Breakfast)

Check out after breakfast. “Depends on the schedule of your flight”, you’ll be met by our local representative in Aswan, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan Airport in order to catch your flight to your next destination, where our services will be ended.

Every Monday from Luxor to Luxor for 07 nights

Morning time, you will be met by our local representative in Luxor, who will transfer you by private Air-conditioned vehicle to your  Nile Cruise . After lunch, you will join our tour guide to visit  Temple of Karnak , constructed over a period of more than one thousand years. We will then visit  Luxor Temple , which was established around the 14th century BC and the construction continued for many years afterwards by Ramses II, Queen Hatshepsut, and others kings. After the tour, you will be transferred to your  Nile Cruise  for rest and refresh. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the  Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple , one of the remarkable shows in Egypt. It is a free morning in Luxor. However, we can offer many activities in the morning like exploring the West bank of Luxor from the SKY! Imaging flying over the great city of Luxor, whereas the royal necropolis and the wonderful collection of our funerary temples were erected. Evening time is free at leisure on your own on board to relax on board while cruising the Nile towards the city of Edfu. Dinner meal will be served on board your Nile Cruise, and then the staff will operate a folkloric show. Overnight onboard.

Energizing breakfast meal will be served on board before the tour of today. Our Nile Cruise ship will land at the location of the  Temple of Kom Ombo , established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman era, the temple is dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. After your amazing visit, you will get back to the ship, so we can enjoy the delicious lunch on board while sailing towards Aswan. Afternoon time, is free at leisure to use the cruise facilities (available, but not included in the package price) or to relax on board enjoying the amazing view of the immortal River Nile! Breakfast meal will be served on board. After that, you will prepare yourself to join your expert tour guide to explore the wonderful city of Aswan. Our first visit of the day will be to the  High Dam , which was constructed by the former president, Gamal Abdel Nasser to store the water, and then generate a large volume of the electricity. We will then ride in a motorboat to visit  Temple of Philae , constructed in the 3rd century BC in the Greco Roman era as the cult center of the goddess Isis.

Our last visit will be to the  Unfinished Obelisk , which was found in the granite quarry in the Southern part of Aswan. After the day tour, we will drive back to our Nile cruiser, so we can enjoy the tasty lunch. Evening time is free at leisure on your own to relax on board or we can offer an (optional) tour to attend the  Sound & Light Show at Philae Temple , where you can learn more about the temple and about the kings who left their objects there. Finally, we will get back to our Nile Cruise for overnight.

Day 06: Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Today we start sailing (in the early morning) towards the city of Edfu, near Aswan, in order to continue our wonderful  Nile Cruise to Luxor . Energizing breakfast meal will be served on board before starting to your day tour. Our first visit of today will be to the  Temple of Horus in Edfu , the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile. It was constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of the god Horus. After that, you will get back to the ship, so we can enjoy the lunch on board while sailing to the city of Luxor. Evening time is free at leisure on board so you can enjoy the sailing process to Luxor. Overnight onboard.

Day 07: Sunday (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Morning time is free at leisure or (optional) you can enjoy a  Hot-air Balloon  over the West Bank of Luxor. Enjoy your delicious breakfast before exploring the city of the dead where we can visit  Valley of the Kings , the richest and most fascinating ancient tombs in Egypt. This was the burial site of the kings from the New Kingdom. The next visit of the day will be to the  Temple of Deir El Bahari , constructed during the reign of the 18th dynasty by Queen Hatshepsut, one of the greatest rulers of Egypt. Our last visit will be to the  Colossi of Memnon ; these two huge statues are the only remaining items of the great funerary temple of Amenhotep III constructed in 1350 BC and became a landmark of Luxor afterwards. After that, we will get back to our boat for overnight.

Day 08: Monday (Breakfast)

Check out after breakfast. Later on, you will be met by our local representative in Luxor, who will transfer you to your hotel in Luxor or to Luxor International Airport in order to catch your departure flight after spending few days exploring the amazing temples, tombs and unforgettable attractions.

A bit bigger sunshade umbrellas at the pool deck would be practical especially in hotter months.

Very friendly staff and management. They will help with anything. Food was delicious and varied. Tipping is arranged at the end of the trip so you don’t have a “pressure” every time being served what is usually situation in Egypt.

charging $200 extra for sightseeing (it was $35 on our own), very difficult to find the dock in Aswan. they charge $30 per person for a 20 min taxi drive, so we got our own taxi for $10 total, but it was nearly impossible to find the dock. it feels like it is left out on purpose so that you have to pay for their fares for transport. wifi never worked, also wish drinks were included.

Overall the ship and facility needs renovation. No slippers included in the room as the carpet is dirty and outdated. The information is not widely available online about the ships schedule, tour package, and it's docking station. Better communication about those things will gain more trust from the tourists. Depends on where your room locates, sound insulation could be an issue. Bring some earplugs with you to sleep better. Also, if your are vegan, this cruise is not for you.

Staffs were really friendly. The buffet included in the package was overall delicious with variety of options to choose from every day. I was very sceptical whether this booking is going to be like a scam, but everything turned out well. Some info for the future guests reading my review: I booked 3 nights starting from Aswan to Luxor. The tour package is not included in the fare and costs $250 + $35 tips per person with a guide that speaks German and English recommended by the cruise. The guide took us to all the must see sights and explained the basic stuffs. Quite a lot of upselling during the tour to convince us to buy additional tours but not too pushy. Overall, I would say it is still worth having a guide as he kept us away from all the hassles on the street. Meal on the ship starts at around 6.30/13.00/19.30 and drinks are not included in the package. But drinks are priced fairly. Tips were collected centrally at the end of the trip and guest can place the tips (recommended $5 per person per night) in a mailbox which will then be distributed to the entire staffs.

- sundeck could be improved to be more cozy (like add some decoration/plants or so) - carpet floors in the room could need a high performance vacuum cleaning treatment - be aware that you stay in Luxor and Aswan for consecutive days and so don't change location every day - be aware it's not an ecological way of transport as generators have to run 24/7

We wanted to see all the places along the Nile, so we decided to do so via cruise ship (never did a cruise before). We did the 7-day tour and as we only booked on booking.com we didn't have a dedicated tour guide that accompanied us (like other guests that booked with a tour operator), but that way we had our own private guide(s) in our language when visiting sights which was extremely nice and comfortable! Also the cruise management at the reception made sure we knew when and what was on our daily plan. We had a nice room, enough space and the daily housekeeping did a fantastic job! We liked that you can open the big windows in your room to sit and enjoy the green river banks passing by. The bathroom was clean and big enough (remember your still on a boat). As previous comments said, yes, it can happen that another boat is next to you but for us it was only shortly. The food is open buffet with great quality and selection of different dietary options (dietary options not really marked but you can always ask the staff). For instance we're both vegetarian and we had more than enough options for every meal. Abdul was our waiter and so very kind!! I'd like to highlight that every staff member on the boat was super nice and helpful! I think you can do the 4-day itinerary too but then your days are packed. Depends on our time but for us 7-days were fine and we would choose same again.

The beginning of my stay was a bit off-putting because the departure dock address is inaccurate on Booking, but we were able to resolve this with the staff. Also food quality in terms of hygiene could be better and desserts could be fresher, but I've really enjoyed the variety - and given how perfect everything else was, I still had an amazing time.

Delighted to have chosen Steigenberger to make my Nile Cruise dream come true. Fantastic service, the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, food has lots of variety, and the sightseeing tours are phenomenal. I would do it all over again!

The admin and reservation office in cairo is not reliable. The booker Must ask for the dock the cruise is at. If you are among a tourist group, the guide will know, but if you are a solo traveller, you will find yourself without any aid, because the office in Cairo closes 5 pm. It will be a good idea if you have any mobile number of the crew. I had to ask a police member to check at which dock the cruise was. Another issue, is to check the total including taxes, as it might be out of your budget.

Dimensions :  72 m length. 14.00 m width.  1.5 m draft

with a uniquely elegant style, the Deluxe Five-star Jaz Legacy offers supreme comfort and cruising pleasure.  It provides a variety of services, including round-the-clock reception.  Internet facilities, international telephone and fax (all charged for use) are available as is a gift shop and laundry service.  Meeting arrangements for conventions can be provided if the ship is fully chartered. 74 large double cabins and two Suites are located on the first four decks of this five deck vessel. The suites offer very comfortable and spacious seating and living areas with plenty of storage space. You can relax on the large sun deck with swimming pool and pool bar, visit gift shop or take your ease in the luxurious and spacious lounge on the third deck.

Cruise Cabins:

Featuring 74 large double cabins (19 m ²) and 2 Suites (39 m ²) the Jaz Legacy offers a choice of five deck levels (accommodation on four decks):

• Lower Level deck with 8 cabins
• Deck 1 with 20 cabins
• Deck 2 with 28 cabins and two double size Suites
• Deck 3 with 18 cabins

All cabins and suites are fully air-conditioned (individually controlled) and furnished with marine satellite TV, in-house video channels, mini bar, in-cabin safe and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.  Cabins have large panoramic windows with a Nile view.

Guests who book the Suites will also receive a complementary set of stationery, slippers and luxury bathrobes embroidered with logo and a departure souvenir logbook.

Cruise Dining & Leisure Facilities:

The main restaurant accommodates all passengers in one sitting and the ship’s experienced chefs prepare continental, regional and traditional Egyptian cuisine served in an open buffet style. Accommodation is on a full-board basis with a daily tea time service including snacks and cakes served on the Sun deck when the ship is under way.  A large, luxurious lounge serves drinks and snacks all day.  Cool off in the swimming pool on the Sun deck or take time out in the beauty salon (open on request in Luxor or Aswan twice a week) or visit the gift shop on board.  If you feel more active, fitness equipment are also available.

– All Cabins are Outside Cabins in Nile Cruises. There is No inside Cabins. However the Cabins are distributed on the Cruise Decks.

– Full Board Meals include Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. All Beverages Are Extra except Tea, Coffee & Juice during Breakfast.

– The Trips can start either from Luxor or Aswan depending on the Cruise Schedule.

– Average Cabin Size include Bathroom

Itineraries

Day 1: arrival at aswan - aswan city tour.

Welcome to Aswan ! When you arrive at the airport or train station in Aswan, our representative will meet you and help you get to your Nile cruise to start visiting the sights in Aswan:

Start your trip by visiting the Aswan High Dam , built between 1960 and 1970 to prevent flooding. Then go to the Philae Temple (Temple of Isis), built to honor the goddess Isis (the goddess of love and beauty in ancient Egypt). Finally, go to the Unfinished Obelisk , the largest obelisk of ancient times sculpted by Queen Hatshepsut.

At the end of the trip, we will embark on the cruise to enjoy lunch and overnight on board.

Meals: lunch - dinner.

Day 2: Nile Cruise - Kom Ombo, Edfu & Luxor.

Enjoy breakfast on board while sailing to Kom Ombo, where you will visit the famous Temple of Kom Ombo (Temple of God Sobek the Crocodile), followed by sailing to Edfu, where you will have lunch on board the Nile cruise, and then visit the Temple of Edfu (Horus the Falcon), which is considered one It is one of the most well-preserved temples in all of Egypt. Finally, set sail for Luxor; a galabiya party will be followed by dinner. Spend the night in Luxor on a Nile cruise ship.

Meals: breakfast - lunch - dinner.

Day 3: West Bank and East Bank of Luxor

Have your breakfast early in the morning on board the cruise, then go to the west bank of Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings (which contains the tombs of the New Kingdom), then the temple of Queen Hatshepsut Deir el-Bahari (she was the famous pharaoh who ruled the New Kingdom) and the giant statues of Memnon. Lunch was served on the boat, and then we went to the east bank of Luxor to see Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple . The main temple was built to honor the god Amun. It was linked to the Karnak Temple by a street with sphinxes on either side. It was built mainly by Amenhotep III (who was in charge of the interior) and Ramses II (who finished the temple). Dinner, disco, and music. Spend the night on a Nile cruise ship in Luxor.

Day 4: Disembarkation / Final Departure

After enjoying your breakfast and check-out from the cruise at 08:00 AM, our representative will transfer you to Luxor Airport or Railway Station for your departure.

Day 1: Arrival at Luxor - Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple

Welcome to Luxor ! When you arrive at the airport or train station in Luxor, our representative will meet you and help you get to your Nile cruise to start visiting the sights in Luxor.

Check in at noon, have lunch and then move to the East Bank of Luxor to visit The Temple of Karnak and The Temple of Luxor . The main temple was for worshipping the God Amon, and it was linked to the Karnak Temple by a street with sphinxes on either side. It was mostly built by Amenhotep III (who was in charge of the inside) and Ramses II (who finished the temple). Your Nile cruise in Luxor includes dinner and a place to sleep.

Day 2: Luxor West Bank Tour

Have your breakfast early in the morning on board the cruise, then head to the West Bank of Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings , where the new kingdom's tombs are. However, you won't see Tutankhamun's tomb because it costs extra. After lunch, we set sail for Esna/Edfu. On the way, we watched Esna lock and set sail for Edfu. In Edfu, you will have dinner and stay the night on your Nile cruise.

Day 3: Edfu Temple & Kom Ombo Temple

Have your breakfast on board, then enjoy a visit to Edfu Temple (Horus the Falcon), one of the best-preserved temples in all of Egypt. Sailing to Kom Ombo, lunch, and a visit to the famous Temple of Kom Ombo (Temple of God Sobek the Crocodile). Sailing to Aswan, dinner, and Galabeya Party. In Aswan, you will spend the night on your Nile cruise.

Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Day 4: Aswan City Tour

After your delicious breakfast, you'll see Aswan's highlights, including the Unfinished Obelisk in the city's granite quarry and the High Dam , built between 1960 and 1970 to prevent Egypt from being flooded by the Nile generate energy. Get back on the boat and continue your cruise. Eat dinner and stay the night at Aswan.

Day 5: Disembarkation / Final Departure

After enjoying your breakfast and check-out from the cruise at 08:00 AM, our representative will transfer you to Aswan Airport or Railway Station for your departure.

Children Policy

• Age from 0 Up to below 2 years: FREE
• Age from 2 Up to below 6 years: 25% of adult price
• Age from 6 Up to below 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
• Ages from 12 years = Adult price

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)

If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

Booking & Payment

Reservations:

Should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the full price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

After your Tour is confirmed we will email the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

Here, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else and for that reason, our cancellation policy reflects our values.

For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed and send it by email.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

• From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour price will be charged
• Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour price will be charged.
• Between 8 and 1day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

The price varies depending on the number of persons as shown in the price table including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

All our tours are private tours or group tours.

• For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
• As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.
